Hey there! I'm Lisa!
I am the creator of Chalkboard Superhero. I grew up in central New York and always knew I wanted to be a special education teacher. After graduating with my Masters in 2008, I have been working with students on the spectrum. I have had an array of different abilities but most of which had ASD. I worked in a self-contained setting in elementary for 8 years. This past year, I took a new position in a different district at the High School level in a 6:1:3 intensive Autism program.
